How to Use Customer Health Score Calculator — Audit Churn Risk and Renewal Probability

How to Use the Customer Health Score Builder

Step 1: Enter Signal Scores

For each signal — Product Usage, Support Experience, NPS, and Engagement — enter a score from 0 to 100 representing that customer's standing on that dimension.

Step 2: Set Signal Weights

Assign a weight to each signal reflecting how much it should influence the overall health score. Weights don't need to sum to 100 — they are normalized automatically.

Step 3: Read the Composite Score

The builder calculates a weighted composite health score out of 100 by combining all four signals according to their normalized weights.

Step 4: Check the Threshold Classification

  • Healthy (≥ 75) — green, low churn risk
  • At Risk (50–74) — yellow, needs proactive attention
  • Critical (< 50) — red, high churn risk, needs immediate intervention

Step 5: Review the Signal Breakdown

The breakdown shows each signal's raw score, normalized weight, and weighted contribution to the composite score — useful for spotting which signal is dragging a customer's health down.
