  2. Enter Hourly Rate: Input your hourly wage. This is the amount you earn per hour before taxes and deductions.

  3. Select Work Schedule: Choose from Full-Time (40 hours), Part-Time (30, 25, or 20 hours), or Custom hours per week.

  4. Set Hours per Week: If using custom schedule, enter total regular hours worked per week. This is auto-filled for standard schedules.

  5. Select Weeks per Year: Choose how many weeks you work annually. Options include 52 weeks (no vacation), 50 weeks (2 weeks vacation), 48 weeks (4 weeks vacation), or 46 weeks (6 weeks vacation).

  6. Add Overtime Hours (Optional): Enter average weekly overtime hours if applicable. Leave at 0 if you do not work overtime.

  7. Set Overtime Multiplier: Enter overtime pay rate multiplier. Standard is 1.5x (time-and-a-half), but can be 2.0x (double-time) for weekends/holidays.
