How to Use Reorder PDF Pages Tool

1. Upload Your PDF: Click the upload area or drag and drop your PDF file. Supports files up to 50MB with a maximum of 100 pages. The tool generates thumbnail previews of every page.

2. Preview All Pages: Once uploaded, you will see thumbnail previews of every page in your PDF arranged in a grid. Each page shows its current position number and original page number.

3. Drag Pages to Reorder: Click and hold any page thumbnail, then drag it to a new position. A blue highlight shows where the page will be dropped. The grid updates instantly to reflect the new order.

4. Use Mobile Controls: On mobile devices, use the up and down arrow buttons below each page thumbnail to move pages one position at a time.

5. Check Reorder Status: Moved pages display a blue border and a "moved" label to help you track which pages have been rearranged from their original positions.

6. Reset if Needed: Click the "Reset Order" button to restore all pages to their original positions and start over.

7. Save Reordered PDF: Click "Save Reordered PDF" to create a new PDF with your custom page order. The file downloads automatically with a _reordered suffix.

8. Review the Output: The downloaded PDF preserves all original formatting, images, text, and quality. Only the page order changes.

9. Process Another File: Click "Clear" to remove the current PDF and upload a different file for reordering.

10. Privacy Assurance: All processing happens entirely in your browser. Your PDF files never leave your device.
