How to Use PDF Merge Tool

Step 1: Upload PDF Files

Click the upload area or drag and drop to select multiple PDF files. You can upload:

  • Multiple PDFs - Select as many files as you need to combine
  • Any order - Upload files in any order, you can reorder them later

File limits: Maximum 20MB per PDF file, 100MB total across all files.

Step 2: Reorder PDFs (Optional)

After uploading, you can reorder the PDFs:

  • Use the up arrow (↑) to move a PDF up in the list
  • Use the down arrow (↓) to move a PDF down in the list
  • The order in the list is the order in your merged PDF
  • Each PDF shows its page count and file size
  • Remove unwanted PDFs using the trash icon (🗑️)

Step 3: Merge PDFs

Click "Merge PDFs" to combine your documents. The tool will:

  • Preserve all pages from each PDF
  • Maintain original formatting and quality
  • Combine PDFs in the order shown
  • Download automatically as "merged.pdf"

  • Quality - The merged PDF maintains the original quality of each source PDF
