How to Use the JSON-LD Structured Data Generator
Step 1: Choose a Schema Type
Select the schema that matches your page content:
- Article — News articles, blog posts, or editorial content
- Product — E-commerce product listings with price and ratings
- FAQ — Pages containing frequently asked questions
- Breadcrumb — Site navigation trails for any multi-level site
- Organization — Business or brand identity pages
Step 2: Fill in the Fields
Complete the form fields for the selected schema. Required fields are marked; optional fields can be left blank and will be omitted from the output. All example data is pre-filled — edit the values to match your content.
For FAQ, click Add question to add more Q&A pairs. For Breadcrumb, click Add item to extend the trail.
Step 3: Generate
Click Generate JSON-LD. The structured data script tag appears in the output panel, formatted and ready to use.
Step 4: Copy and Validate
Click Copy to copy the script tag to your clipboard. Then click Test in Google Rich Results to open Google's Rich Results Test tool and paste your markup to verify it is valid before deploying.
