DevTab Chrome Extension

Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before installing or using DevTab.

Effective Date: April 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the DevTab Chrome extension (“the Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 100Plus Tools (“we”, “our”, or “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

2. What the Extension Does

DevTab replaces your Chrome new tab page with a searchable launcher for developer tools hosted on 100plus.tools. It stores your favorites, recently opened tools, and display preferences locally in your browser. If you create a free account, these preferences are synced across devices via a cloud backend.

The Extension is intended for lawful use, including but not limited to:

  • Quickly accessing developer tools for personal or professional work
  • Organizing frequently used tools with favorites and recents
  • Syncing your tool preferences across multiple work devices via a free account

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Extension to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension beyond what is permitted by applicable law
  • Use automated means to access or scrape content from 100plus.tools in a manner that disrupts service for other users
  • Create accounts or use the sync feature for any purpose other than legitimate personal or professional use
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the terms of service of Google Chrome or the Chrome Web Store

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms.

4. No Warranty

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the new tab page or sync service
  • Availability or accuracy of any specific tool listed in the launcher
  • Compatibility with any specific Chrome version or operating system

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100Plus Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of favorites, recents, or synced preferences
  • Interruption of the new tab experience due to Chrome updates or extension conflicts
  • Reliance on any tool accessible through the launcher

Because DevTab is a free extension, our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed $0 USD, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued installation or use of the Extension after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should uninstall the Extension.
